Lady Gaga back in October of 2009 arriving for the 4th Annual Billboard Women in Music Awards at the Pierre Hotel in New York City. Check out this blue see-through dress cover in feathers and human hair. She wore her hair blonde and very curly, a old-Hollywood glamour style.
