Lady GaGa in January of 2010 at the 52nd Annual GRAMMY Awards in the Press Room with her awards. This is not the costume she arrived in but the one she performed in and accepted her awards in. She was completely covered in sequins and glitter. That included the giant star she wore on top of her head. She looked like a star in this amazing outfit.
