Lady GaGa in September of 2009 arriving with Dr. Dre for “Heartbeats” Monster Headphones Designed by Lady GaGa Launch Party at the Palace Hotel in New York City. Her platinum blonde hair was short and curly. She wore a tan shorts outfit covered in lace and pearls paired with tan fishnet stockings. She wore a watch and gold sunglasses.
